I Experienced…
…a very dark period in my life where I was isolated from friends and family, experienced physical and emotional trauma and illness, toxic and dysfunctional relationships, severe financial difficulties and the feeling I had nothing to give.
I was completely disconnected from any kind of purpose or meaning, from the people that cared about me and especially my own inner wisdom. Among other things, one of the most important pieces of my healing was coming to a deep understanding of the connection between all things; mind, body and spirit, the earth, its creatures and eco-systems. I experienced this connectedness through spending time in nature, hiking, at the beach, camping, through healing modalities like massage, infrared sauna, acupuncture, yoga and functional wellness, and especially through the path of self-discovery and self-awareness that leads to profound self-love and care. My dream is to create a space where people can free themselves of the emotional bonds that keep them from experiencing deep and meaningful connections and return to their natural, peaceful, joyful state of being.
I Am…
…a mom, sister, daughter, business owner, entrepreneur, passionate traveler, a fanatic ice cream fan, and a dog lover! I have worn many hats in my life, and each one has shaped me into the person I am today.
My journey began as a social worker and activist, where I worked to make a difference in people's lives. As a struggling single parent, I’ve learned the true meaning of perseverance and determination. Through my experiences as an athlete and trauma survivor, I discovered the power of the mind-body connection, and the importance of taking care of ourselves.
Throughout my life, I have had almost more jobs than I can count and several different career paths. I have reinvented myself several times, and risen like a Phoenix out of the ashes on several occasions. What I’m saying is, there’s not much I haven’t seen or done. And I believe that makes me very well qualified to see you, hear you and witness you as you, too, rise and soar.
Today, I am an experienced coach and mentor, dedicated to helping others achieve their goals, and live their best lives. I am passionate about empowering individuals to unlock their potential, overcome obstacles, and create meaningful change in their lives.
I understand the challenges and struggles that we all face, and I am committed to providing a safe, supportive, and empowering environment where you can thrive.
So, whether you are looking to achieve your personal or professional goals, overcome challenges, have healthier relationships, or simply live a more fulfilling life, I am here to support you every step of the way.

The length of time you may need a life coach depends on your specific goals and needs. “I have been a coaching client of Julia’s for several months now, and I cannot recommend her enough. Not only has she helped me to address, unpack, and heal some old wounds and behaviors but she has also guided me into figuring out my life direction on many occasions. Julia is very intuitive and is able to gently pull things to the surface, but also be powerful and direct when I really need her to be. I look forward to a long term journey with her as my coach. ”

"I first heard Julia give a talk at a function and asked if she could coach me about some things I felt stuck about. Because of her life coaching, my life is transforming because of the Julia's style and technique; she has encouraged me to open up and find out what really are my life's desires. I have learned how to put these goals into personal and professional daily actions--I am excited to see how wonderfully my life is unfolding! I highly recommend Julia's warm and knowledgeable life coaching--it has been a game changer for me."
